The book offers, in fact, a complete reading over all the aspects of the supply chain, from the vineyards to bottling and labelling. Moreover, the authors are all experts with different characteristics and experiences in the wine industry.  “We had a multidisciplinary approach – comments Luigi Bonifazi, agronomist and head of the wine certification scheme for 3A-PTA -. Among the authors there are in fact those who represent the institutions and the world of controls and certification (Stefano Sequino), there is the producer and winemaker (Massimiliano Apollonio), there are those who represent the world of certification».


During the presentation of the book to the parliament of the Ministry of Agricultural Policies, Minister Teresa Bellanova herself said:“The new wine legislation is a book that I consider very useful, designed to help the protagonists of the industry to understand better and to make a better use of  the Unique Text on wine which is a fundamental strategic tool to improve and simplify the life of the companies”.
