Round, crushed, meat, fish, cheese or vegetables, fried, baked, stewed, steamed. All different, but at the same time similar, they are the meatballs, a beloved dish in our country and all over the world. Each nation has its own versions. Definitely they are time-saving, anti-waste, funny and usually loved by the little ones (it is the ideal way to make them eat the often hated vegetables!). In the bookstore came out “A meatball will save us”.
With 120 recipes of chefs from all over Italy, it is a food and wine trip (because it is recommended the ideal wine for every dish) with lots of recipes from chefs and restaurateurs from all over Italy. Seasonally and raw materials (fish, meat, vegetables, cheese).
